the mattress and the bed frame

If you for some reason find that the mattress is not for you, just let us know within the trial period and we will arrange for it to be collected.

Email your return request to hello@evemattress.co.uk or give us a call on 0800 808 5766 and we will arrange the collection with our 2 man collection company, who'll collect the mattress or the bed frame from your bedroom. You don't need to keep your mattress box – as it will be impossible for you to get it back in there unless you’re some sort of super human!

As soon as you mattress has been returned to us we will process your refund.

Email your return request to hello@evemattress.co.uk or give us a call on 0800 808 5766 and we’ll send you a prepaid return label. Just print the label, pop it on the box and drop it off at any our drop off location.

refund information

Your refund will be processed on the original payment method used to place the order within 3 days from the notification of the return of your item. If you used a debit card you'll see the money in your bank account within 3 working days.

For credit card this can take sometimes a bit longer, you'll be able to see the money on your account within 7 working days. Paypal account can take up to 2 working days.

Financing option typically within 3 working days, but may take a bit longer.
