Love the mattress ,its all I expected and more. Takes a little getting used to but worth it in the end (just a couple of days) surprisingly I found my nerve ends reacted so much to the comfort it actually kept me awake the first night!
The customer service was a another matter. My
mattress came missing the care and set up booklet. Not rocket science but you do need to know the basics like which way up,how long does it need to expand out of the box (recommended 4 hours for the double I believe) can i remove the cover should it need cleaning? do i need to register the warrante ? if I want to return the mattress under the 100 day trial how do I do it?
So I called customer service, after being put on hold for 8 mins I get a message "no one available leave a message and we will call you" I did...,they didnt.
Next day I called again...exactly the same. I went on line and tried "live chat" that didnt work at all... Last resort I sent an email to customer support...the only reply I got from that was an email asking me to rate there none existent response!(?) Eventually spoke to customer support and they answered all my question s,but for a company that says it prides its self on its links with its customers it was VERY poor.
So like I said..great mattress...rubbish customer support.
P.S. despite Eve asking me for a review it took 12 attempts for their system to accept it(because it wasn't all good? who knows)
